New foreign minister for Mathenia

Yesterday, on the 12th of June, the ministry of foreign affairs was established and Mr A Taylor was given the position of Foreign minister. Mr Taylor is the previous chancellor of Mathenia, before Mr I Cope, and possibly the longest in office for. He formally left Mathenia on Mr Cope's inauguration but triumphantly returned when given the opportunity to be the minister of foreign affairs. The ministry of foreign affairs has existed for a while but the Supreme Leader never appointed anyone as minister.
