Possible development as laid out in the Chelmsford Local plan will break the treaty of sparrowhawk and possibly force the governments of Mathenia and the Peoples republic of broads green to act and protest against the situation. As of the moment nothing is confirmed however there is speculation that this is to do with the trenches that appeared in the area recently.

If this development goes ahead the gap between Central Mathenia and the urban area shall be shortened. This development will also possibly cause disturbance to nearby sparrowhawk wood(which the treaty is named after) due to more people in the area.
